Shinde Property Management System is a custom-built web application developed to simplify property and tenant management. The platform enables property owners to manage multiple properties, tenants, rental agreements, occupancy details, and payment records through a centralized and user-friendly dashboard.

The system eliminates manual paperwork by digitizing property operations and providing quick access to tenant information, agreement records, payment history, and property availability. It helps property owners save time, reduce management efforts, and maintain organized records efficiently.

My Contribution

I independently designed and developed the complete Shinde Property Management System including UI design, database architecture, PHP backend development, tenant management module, agreement management system, rent collection tracking, reporting dashboard, testing, deployment, and server configuration.
